1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arcana Solitaire (the "Game"), available at arcanasolitaire.com and as a Progressive Web Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Ryoma Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Arcana Solitaire.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game.

2.2 You must be of the legal age of majority in your country or state of residence to make any in-app purchase. If under the age of majority, you may only make purchases with express consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

2.3 The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact support@arcanasolitaire.com if you believe a child under 13 has used the Game.

2.4 If you are between 13 and 17, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Certain features require a Google OAuth account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and all activity under your Account.

3.3 We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for violation of these Terms.

4. Virtual Currency — Sanity Vials

4.1 Nature. "Sanity Vials" are virtual in-game resources. By acquiring them, you receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use them within the Game. You do not own Sanity Vials.

4.2 No Monetary Value. Sanity Vials have no monetary value and cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real money, real goods, or real services — from us or from any other party. Sanity Vials are not a prepaid payment instrument or financial product of any kind.

4.3 Non-Transferable. You may not sell, transfer, trade, gift, or otherwise convey Sanity Vials to any other person or account.

4.4 No Guarantee. We may modify, adjust, reduce, or eliminate Virtual Currency balances, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

4.5 Forfeiture.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL CURRENCY UPON ACCOUNT CLOSURE OR GAME DISCONTINUATION.

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 You may purchase Sanity Vials using real money through Stripe.

5.2 ALL PURCHASES OF SANITY VIALS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

5.3 If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, contact support@arcanasolitaire.com promptly.

5.4 If you permit a minor to use a device with access to your payment credentials, you accept full responsibility for any unauthorized purchases.

5.5 EU/EEA Residents: By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose your right of withdrawal once Virtual Currency is credited to your account.

5.6 Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Game Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 All game content is owned by or licensed to Ryoma Services LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Game without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 By sharing reading results or referral messages, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for purposes of operating and promoting the Game.

7.2 You represent that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

use the Game for any unlawful purpose;
attempt unauthorized access to the Game or its infrastructure;
use bots, scripts, cheats, or exploits;
sell, trade, or transfer your Account;
engage in activity that disrupts the Game or its servers;
collect or harvest personal information of other users.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9.2 Game outcomes and AI-generated narrative content are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, psychological, medical, or spiritual advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RYOMA SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10.2 Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $10.

11. Time Limitation on Claims

ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE GAME MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM AROSE. ANY CLAIM NOT FILED WITHIN THIS PERIOD IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution: Contact support@arcanasolitaire.com and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days before filing any formal claim.

12.2 Binding Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs.

12.3 Class Action Waiver: YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

12.4 Exceptions: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. We may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

12.5 Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@arcanasolitaire.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
